We have a clear vision for sustainable growth, innovation and long-term resilience, and our ambition is to build a connected network of high-performing schools that retain their individual identity while benefiting from shared expertise, operational capability and long-term stability.
At the heart of the Group sits Sedbergh School, alongside Sedbergh Prep School, our thriving commercial division Sedbergh Courses, and the globally recognised Sedbergh International Summer School. The Group also includes established international schools in Vietnam and China, including Sedbergh Vietnam and Sedbergh Fuzhou.

Our Group exists to expand horizons for pupils, staff and communities alike, while safeguarding everything that already makes each of our schools so distinctive and special. We believe in strengthening identity, not changing it; in building on the strengths that already define our schools to create even greater opportunities for the future.
